A neighborhood rental marketplace for Solapur.
BorrowBay makes it easy for people in our city to rent cameras, vehicles, tools, electronics and furniture from neighbors — and to earn a little extra by lending the things you already own.
Why we built it
Most things we buy sit unused for months. A DSLR gathers dust between trips. A drill comes out twice a year. A scooter is parked while family visits. BorrowBay turns those idle items into something useful — for the owner, for the borrower, and for our city.
Every listing is in Solapur. Pick up and drop off in the same neighborhood.
Verified profiles, ratings, and in-app chat so both sides know who they're dealing with.
Renting instead of buying keeps money in the neighborhood and stuff out of landfills.
How it works
- 1List or browse
Owners list items with photos, price per day, and a pickup area. Borrowers browse by category.
- 2Request & chat
Send a booking request for the dates you need. Chat inside the app before you commit.
- 3Meet & rent
Meet locally, hand over the item, enjoy the trip / shoot / project.
- 4Return & review
Return on the end date. Leave a review so the community keeps getting better.
